The Paint Post is excited to offer a variety of birthday workshops and event experiences that are sure to make your special day unforgettable! Our craft workshops cater to all ages and interests, providing everything you need for a fun and creative celebration. Each workshop is designed to be engaging and hassle-free, ensuring that both kids and parents have a fantastic experience. By adding these personalized and engaging birthday workshop options, we want to become the go-to destination for unique and memorable celebrations. Book your workshop today and let’s make your next event unforgettable!

General Information:

  • Deposit: 50% of the total cost.
  • Duration: Each workshop lasts 1.5 to 2 hours.
  • Customization: Each event can be tailored to fit your theme and preferences.
  • Special Touch: Each birthday child or person celebrating will receive a hat, crown, cape, or sash to decorate, depending on the workshop theme or your preference. We can also personalize it beforehand (e.g., "Grayson's 6th Birthday" or "Katie's Batchelorette Party").
  • Booking: Workshops need to be booked at least 30 days in advance.
  • Flexibility: All workshops can also be prepared as to-go kits to mail (additional shipping fees apply) or for pick up, or we can travel to your event for and additional $100 fee. A mileage fee applies for locations more than 15 minutes outside Sheridan.
  • Discounts: Two or more parties can be combined for a 15% discount
  • Face Painting and Hair & Glitter Bar: Face Painting and/or Hair & Glitter Bar can be added to any workshop for an additional fee per person

Color Splash Tie Dye Workshop (Ages 3+)

  • Cost: $300 for 5 children, $20 for each additional child.
  • Projects: Choose 1 (extra $15 per child for an additional project): T-Shirts, Tote Bags.

Sunnies & Friendship Bracelets Workshop (Ages 3+)

  • Cost: $300 for 5 children, $20 for each additional child.
  • Projects: Custom Sunglasses and Bracelet Making.
  • Extras: Add cosmetic bags for $15 per person.

Custom Trucker Hat Workshop (Ages 7+)

  • Cost: $400 for 5 people, $40 for each additional person.
  • Projects: Choose and decorate a trucker hat.
  • Extras: Add cosmetic bags for $15 per person.

Rancher Hat Workshop (Ages 15+)

  • Cost: $550 for 5 people, $55 for each additional person.
  • Projects: Decorate a fancy hat.

Description: Channel your inner fashionista with our Fancy Hat Extravaganza! Guests will enjoy decorating their own hats with a variety of stylish supplies. Perfect for teens and adults looking for a fun and creative workshop.

Designer Denim Jacket Workshop (Ages 5+)

  • Cost: $650 for 5 people, $80 for each additional person.
  • Projects: Customize a denim jacket.
  • Extras: Add cosmetic bags for $15 per person.

Royal Sand Art & Crown Workshop (Ages 2+)

  • Cost: $300 for 5 people, $20 for each additional person.
  • Projects: Create 2 custom sand art bottles, decorate a personal crown.

Wooden Wheels Workshop (Ages 3+)
• Cost: $300 for 5 children, $20 for each additional child.
• Projects: Paint and assemble your own wooden car.

Description: Roll into creativity with our Wooden Wheels Workshop! Perfect for little builders and painters, this hands-on experience allows kids to design, paint, and assemble their very own wooden cars. With endless color possibilities, each child can create a car that's uniquely theirs. This workshop offers a fun and engaging activity for birthdays or special events, with every participant driving home with their custom-made car!


Slimy Science Workshop(Ages 3+)

  • Cost: $400 for 5 children, $30 for each additional child.
  • Projects: Make 2 slimes with charms.
  • Themes: we can customize the charms and colors to match your unique theme.

Description: Get ready for some gooey fun with our Slimy Science Party! Kids will put on lab coats and goggles and mix and create their own slime, adding paint, glitter, and charms to make it unique. This hands-on activity is perfect for kids who love science and creativity.

Pet Pals Workshop (Ages 3+)

  • Cost: $450 for 5 children, $40 for each additional child.
  • Projects: Pick and stuff a pet, decorate a t-shirt and collar for the pet.
  • Themes: Under the Sea, Puppies, Kitties, Unicorns, Dinosaurs. Ask about additional options.

Description: Bring a new friend to life with our Pet Pals Workshop! Kids will stuff and decorate their own plush pets, choosing from a variety of themes. This workshop is perfect for animal lovers and creative kids.

Spa Party Workshop (Ages 7+)

  • Cost:  $400 for 5 kids, $40 for each additional person.
  • Projects: Create custom face masks
  • Extras: Optional add-on to make custom bath salts or milk bath for $20 per person

Description: Pamper yourself with our Spa Party Workshop! Kids will feel like they’re at a real spa as they wear spa robes and cozy headbands while crafting their own custom face masks. Elevate the experience by adding on custom bath salts, a milk bath for an unforgettable spa day.

  • Cost: $375 for 5 kids, $35 for each additional person
  • Projects: Create polymer clay charms, keychains, and magnets.

  • Projects:  Create resin magnets, keychains, and bookmarks.

Painting Workshop (Ages 3+)

  • Cost: $275 for 5 people, $15 for each additional person
  • Project: Kids will get to paint their own 8X10 canvas

Description: You can choose a free paint workshop, use a coloring page-style outline to match your theme, or our instructor can lead them through a painting. This workshop is perfect for all ages and allows for creative expression.

Face Painting and Glitter & Glam Bar (Add-On for Any Workshop)

  • Face Painting Cost: $20 per person.
  • Glitter & Glam Bar: $35 per person.
  • Services: Hair extensions, face paint, and glitter that will take your party to the next level.

Description: Add some sparkle to any workshop with our Face Painting and Glitter & Glam Bar! Guests can get glammed up with hair extensions, face paint, and glitter, making your celebration even more magical and fun.
